As part of previous employment and contracts with companies like Hyder Consulting, West One Infrastructure Services, WSP, J Murphy & Sons, FM Conway; Jacques was leading teams and were responsible for the project management, design and construction delivery of major high profile schemes within London and specifically the Government Security Zone (GSZ).
He was involved with schemes like the Whitehall Streetscape Improvement Project, Parliamentary Estates Standoff Protection Scheme, UK Supreme Court, Royal Courts of Justice, Ministry of Justice and schemes in the vicinity of Downing Street to list but a few.
He represented Hyder Consulting through West One Infrastructure Services (for the Whitehall Streetscape Improvement Scheme) on the high-level project board along with the Cabinet Office, Directorate of Security and Intelligence, MoD and the Westminster City Council City Commissioner of Transportation.
He was on the Overseeing Steering Group for the Standoff Protection Streetscape Scheme along with Parliamentary Director of Estates, Serjeant at Arms, Black Rod, Westminster City Council City Commissioner of Transportation and Director, Traffic Directorate, Transport for London.
